Favorite Germany Moment

On my last day in Bremen, as I was saying goodbye to my family, my uncle Harold - my dad's younger brother - puts his hands on my cheeks, tilts my face up, and says, "Schön!" (which means "beautiful!" in German) and then gives me a big hug and kiss.

Family is, hands down, the coolest thing ever. An absolute gift... in any language.
